5 potatoes, sliced
3 eggplants, sliced
½ kg Bahovo peppers
3 tomatoes, sliced
½ cup water
Salt to taste
½ bunch parsley
2/3 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp paprika
Place the chopped vegetables in a baking tray with some water and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
Once baked, sauté the garlic in olive oil in a pan, add the paprika, and once it turns golden, pour the mixture over the vegetables in the baking tray.
