Pork with Cabbage

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients
• 1 cabbage
• 4 portions of boneless pork meat
• Salt
• Black pepper
• 1 hot chili pepper
• 1 grated tomato
• 1 onion
• Olive oil

Instructions

Sauté the meat and onions in olive oil. Cut the cabbage into 4 pieces and then into slices. After washing the cabbage, steam it in the pot until it wilts. Add the cabbage to the pot with the meat. Add the tomato, hot chili pepper, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 1 hour.
