Pork Fry with Leeks

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients 

  • 1 kg pork for frying, cut into pieces

  • 1 kg leeks

  • ¾ cup olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oregano

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

In a pan with olive oil, add the meat and fry it on low heat. At the end, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with oregano. Next, wash the leeks well and cut them into rings. Remove the meat from the pan, and add the leeks along with the pork broth. Fry them. Season with salt, add the meat back into the pan with the leeks, and stir. Add lemon juice and serve the fry.
