Naked pie – Kolomparina

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients

  • 1 kg green zucchini

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 3 tbsp rice

  • 10 mint leaves

  • 1 egg

  • 1 small coffee cup of olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Grate the zucchini into a small bowl, finely chop the mint, and gradually add the remaining ingredients. Finally, mix in the flour until you achieve a thick batter.

Grease a medium-sized baking pan and sprinkle some flour on the bottom. Pour in the mixture and spread it evenly using a spoon. Sprinkle with flour again and dot with butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
