Ingredients
250 g lentils
1 cup bulgur
2 large grated onions
1 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Rinse the lentils and add them to boiling water.
Rinse the bulgur, and once the lentils are half-cooked, add the bulgur along with salt and pepper. Let everything cook together until it thickens.
Once cooked, remove from heat.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions lightly. Then, add the sautéed onions to the pot with the lentils and bulgur, and mix well.
Serve by sprinkling black pepper on top.
