Grivadi fish with spinach

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients

  • 4 servings of grivadi (fish)

  • 3/4 kg spinach

  • 4-5 fresh spring onions

  • Dill

  • 1 small coffee cup of rice

  • 1 can of peeled tomatoes

Instructions

Blanch the spinach. In a separate pan, sauté the spring onions until they begin to color. Then, add the canned tomatoes and spinach. Next, add salt, pepper, dill, rice, and about 3 small coffee cups of water. Stir all the ingredients together and transfer them to a baking dish.

Coat the fish with flour and place it on top of the spinach mixture. Bake in the oven at 220°C until the fish is fully cooked and develops a nice red color.
