We pick up the anemones with a fork, making sure they don’t come into contact with bare hands. We place them in a container with cold water for a day, changing the water frequently to clean them from sand. Then, in a pot with boiling water, we blanch the anemones for 5 minutes. We drain them, mash them with a fork, and add the remaining ingredients. Using a spoon, we drop small amounts of the mixture into a pan with hot oil.
