Ingredients
1 kg Bakhovo peppers
3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp olive oil
250 g myzithra cheese
1 tbsp smoked paprika
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Fry the Bakhovo peppers and place them on a platter. In a pan, add the olive oil and garlic, sauté the myzithra cheese lightly with the smoked paprika, then add the fried peppers.
