Bread with tros (Yellow Flower)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients

  • 1 kg flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Water as needed
  • 3 leaves of tros (yellow flower)

Instructions

In a vessel, we “revive” the sourdough by adding a little warm water, a bit of salt, 1 cup of flour, and 2-3 leaves of tros (yellow flower). We mix them together and make a thick batter. Cover it with a clean towel and let it rise. The next day, add the remaining flour and a little water, and knead again. Cover it with a towel and leave it in a warm place for half an hour. Then, shape the dough and place it in a greased baking pan. Bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes.
