Acem Pilafi

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 nests of vermicelli (angel hair pasta)

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

We boil the water and add the rice. When it’s ready, we drain it and rinse it with water. In a bowl, we mix the rice with sugar. We heat the oil in the pan, lightly brown the vermicelli, and pour it into the pilaf, stirring.
